MARTIAL ARTS CLUB
While there are many ways to get in shape or improve your fitness and athleticism, none compare to martial arts. The Martial Club focuses on the many benefits of Muay Thai & Kickboxing — your physical fitness, self-defense skills, toughness, and well-being. Research has shown that martial arts training leads to positive improvements in individuals’ psychological well-being, independence, productivity, and confidence. The longer you train, the greater these benefits will become.
We have made it our mission to create a space and a community of like-minded people who come together to learn Muay Thai / Kickboxing while having fun and challenging workouts regardless of your level of experience!
This is an independent class from SyRoc fitness classes. You must obtain a membership or pay a drop-in day fee to participate in this class provided by APD Officer and TMC Owner Constatin Manthei. TMC fees are separate from SyRoc CBM Gym.
